Features

QR ordering tools for faster dine-in service.

Xpress Order focuses on the operational workflow restaurants need first: menu browsing, table orders, kitchen visibility, staff coordination, and daily owner reporting. Every plan includes the full system — unlimited tables, staff, menu items, and floors. Plans differ only by setup and support level.

Guest ordering

Customers scan a table QR code, open the live digital menu, add items to cart, and submit their order without waiting for staff to take the first order.

  • Digital menu categories, photos, prices, and availability
  • Table-based QR codes
  • Cart and order submission
  • Call staff and bill request actions

Staff and kitchen operations

Orders appear in a kitchen queue so teams can track what is ordered, cooking, ready, or waiting for billing.

  • Kitchen order queue
  • Status updates: ordered, cooking, ready
  • Table layout with open, occupied, and bill-requested states
  • Staff accounts for team access

Manager visibility

Owners and managers get practical branch visibility without the complexity of a full POS implementation.

  • Invoice view (standard and alternate print layouts)
  • Customer list and spending history
  • Daily, monthly, and yearly sales reports
  • Per-staff sales and per-menu item popularity
  • QR code generation for tables

Stock and discounts

Built-in tools to keep service running clean during peak hours without manual workarounds at the counter.

  • Per-item stock with configurable daily auto-reset
  • Sold-out items hide automatically; no overselling
  • Per-item discounts in fixed peso or percent
  • Whole-cart discounts; tax computation stays correct

Hardware compatibility

Xpress Order runs without dedicated hardware. If a venue already has an ESC-POS network printer, it can be wired in for kitchen tickets and invoice printing — entirely optional.

  • Works on any phone, tablet, or laptop browser
  • Tablet kiosk device mode for fixed counter or table stations
  • ESC-POS network kitchen printer compatible (optional, client-supplied)
  • No proprietary terminal required

What is intentionally not included yet

The current offer avoids overpromising. Xpress Order is not sold as a BIR-accredited POS, payment gateway, split-bill, loyalty program, offline mode, or SMS/email notification system.

Recommended package

Most restaurants should start with Standard.

The Standard plan includes the full system plus a 1-hour kickoff call, 50 menu items encoded, monthly menu refresh, and Email + Viber support with 24-hour response. Owners comfortable encoding their own menu can start on Starter.
